The Market Impact Score is a proprietary AiGentic scoring system designed to assess how meaningful and market-moving an announcement is likely to be, at the moment it is released.

Rather than simply classifying news as “good” or “bad”, the score evaluates the real-world significance of an announcement by analysing:

• The substance of the event (what actually happened)
• The company’s context (size, capital structure, and leverage)
• The clarity and conviction of the disclosure (how the market is likely to interpret it)
