“I am excited to step into this role at an important time for TALi. The recent purchase of Datasphere is an opportunity to develop a unique and distinctive piece of in-memory computing IP, with an immediate priority being to build the team and structure for the commercialisation pathway…”
He framed the recent purchase of Datasphere as an opportunity to develop “a unique and distinctive piece of in-memory computing IP”. His immediate priority is building the team and structure for the commercialisation pathway.
The Datasphere acquisition was backed by a $3.3 million capital raise, with the transaction conditional on shareholder approval and the underlying Technion IP still sitting behind an option rather than a granted licence.
Mr Hamilton also said he will work with the YCDI! team to continue evolving the business towards “sustainable economic outcomes for the Company”.
Background on TALi
TALi is a digital health company focused on delivering diagnostic and therapeutic solutions to enhance attention and overall cognitive function. It built a patented platform technology targeting cognitive attention skills, incorporated into training modules (ReadyAttentionGo!).
In June 2025, TALi acquired You Can Do It! Education (YCDI!), a social-emotional learning program. YCDI! has reached over one million students, is aligned with the ACARA national curriculum, and provides evidence-based programs for children aged 3 to 18.
Leadership matters at a small-cap company at the point where its strategy is broadening. TALi’s focus now spans its patented platform, the YCDI! education business and the recent Datasphere purchase.
