Enlitic signs Ensight contract with Southwest Medical Imaging
Healthcare technology company Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) has signed a three-year Ensight agreement with Arizona-based Southwest Medical Imaging (“SMIL”) for the Ensight Hanging Protocols application, subject to successful validation. The total contract value is US$144,000 (~A$206k, at a USD:AUD exchange rate of 0.70), or US$48,000 annually.
The agreement is Enlitic’s fifth Ensight customer agreement in the US market this calendar year, adding to the company’s growing base of contracted annualised recurring revenue (“ARR”). It reflects the company’s strategy of securing targeted SaaS subscriptions with scope for additional applications, sites and workflows.

Contract terms and validation conditions
The contract is subject to successful validation. Key terms include:
- A three-year term with an enterprise licence for unlimited studies.
- Automatic renewal for successive one-year periods after the initial term, unless terminated in accordance with the agreement’s terms, including upon SMIL’s notice.
- Annual subscription fees payable upon confirmation that Ensight delivers at least a 15% improvement in radiologist workflow efficiency, measured using radiology reporting workflow data.
- An initial validation assessing workflow improvements across five neuroradiologists using SMIL’s outpatient imaging studies.
SMIL is a physician-owned and physician-led radiology practice, established in 1980, with 17 outpatient centres across the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area. It will use Ensight alongside its Intelerad PACS to standardise medical imaging data and improve the accuracy of automated Hanging Protocols.
What Hanging Protocols do
Hanging Protocols automatically arrange medical images on a radiologist’s screen. When imaging data is not standardised, radiologists may need to adjust image layouts manually.
Ensight is designed to reduce that manual adjustment and improve workflow efficiency and consistency. For investors, the validation threshold ties the subscription fees to a measured workflow improvement.

Building recurring revenue: seven contracts since March 2026
Enlitic has secured seven recurring revenue contracts across the USA, Australia and New Zealand since March 2026. Enlitic describes its pipeline of new Ensight contract opportunities as strong, aided by the recent launch of Ensight v2.3.
Ensight v2.3 widens the opportunity
Ensight v2.3 was released in October 2026 (refer ASX announcement 6 October 2026). It expands the platform’s commercial applications from eight to 12, including additional analytics, archive standardisation and workflow capabilities.
The release also introduced integration with Sectra systems alongside Intelerad, allowing Ensight to operate within established medical imaging environments. Existing customers can adopt additional applications through separate subscriptions, supporting Enlitic’s land-and-expand strategy.
The Sectra integration makes it the second major OEM environment after Intelerad, with Sectra managing over 170 million annual imaging exams across 2,500+ sites, which widens the pool of facilities where Ensight can be deployed.
Additional functionality and integrations create opportunities for ARR growth, subject to customer adoption and commercial agreement. The SMIL agreement also adds to Enlitic’s growing portfolio of customers operating within the Intelerad ecosystem.
