Enlitic secures second Ensight deployment with Colorado’s Radiology Imaging Associates
Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) has confirmed that its cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Ensight platform is now live and in use by Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) in the United States. The company describes this as its first US Ensight deployment through the Intelerad integration, and the second Ensight deployment since May of this year.
The initial deployment is expected to generate approximately US$50,000 in profitable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for Enlitic.
This ARR relates to the first phase of a three-year agreement, based on RIA’s deployment of a selected subset of Ensight modules. It does not represent a full deployment across RIA’s network. Further go-lives are anticipated in H2 FY26.

Inside the RIA agreement and what the deal delivers
Based in Colorado, RIA is a physician-owned radiology group providing diagnostic and board-certified interventional radiology services through a network of imaging sites and clinical locations. The practice offers 24/7 radiologist access through its Physician Connect line and has served patients for more than 45 years.
The current implementation covers an initial subset of Ensight modules from the broader Ensight technology stack. The ~US$50,000 ARR therefore reflects only the agreed first phase, and does not include potential future expansion across additional modules, users or RIA sites.
Any broader rollout would be subject to any future expansion agreed between the parties, and is not committed or guaranteed at this stage.

Darren Bullock, Chief Operating Officer, Radiology Imaging Associates
“For our practice, consistency across imaging environments is critical. This integration helps strengthen how imaging studies are presented and supports a more dependable experience for our radiologists and provider partners.”
What is Ensight and why the Intelerad integration matters
Enlitic is a software company that uses artificial intelligence to develop products that manage medical imaging data in radiology, such as MRI, CT scans, X-ray and ultrasound images. It licenses these products to healthcare providers.
Ensight’s modular architecture enables customers to commence with selected capabilities and expand over time as additional sites, users, clinical workflows and modules are brought onto the platform. This is the basis of the phased, scalable model applied at RIA.
The Lumus Imaging subscription, a three-year US$248,000 agreement covering 150 locations across Australia, illustrates how the phased module approach can scale into a full-platform deployment from the outset when a customer adopts hanging protocols, de-identification, and AI validation simultaneously.
The Intelerad integration allows Ensight to operate within RIA’s current medical imaging environment. This means Enlitic’s technology can be incorporated without requiring a standalone replacement of RIA’s existing systems. Intelerad, a GE HealthCare company, is a global provider of medical imaging software and enterprise workflow solutions.
For investors, a proven integration offers a repeatable route to reach Intelerad’s global customer base of hospitals, radiology practices and imaging centres.
The RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group deployment represented the first production validation of this same Intelerad IntelePACS integration, establishing a reference site across a 65-clinic network that delivers more than 35% of New Zealand’s national radiology services.
Why the deployment matters for the Enlitic investment case
The agreement represents Enlitic’s second deployment since May of this year, which management positions as validation of the SaaS-based recurring-revenue model. According to the company, the deployment:
-
Marks Enlitic’s first US Ensight deployment through the Intelerad integration
-
Validates the SaaS-based recurring revenue model
-
Demonstrates the functionality of Enlitic’s Intelerad integration
-
Provides a live US customer reference
-
Creates opportunities to expand across additional RIA sites and workflows
-
Establishes a foundation for future adoption of additional Ensight modules
Managing Director Michael Sistenich described RIA as a “clear bellwether as to the scale we can deliver,” adding that the company sees “further upside in ARR, primarily through securing new customer agreements through Intelerad, but also in our own right.”
Michael Sistenich, Managing Director, Enlitic
“The first live US deployment of Ensight through our Intelerad integration is a significant milestone for Enlitic, and we are particularly pleased that Ensight is now live and in use by Radiology Imaging Associates. This deployment also demonstrates the value of our Intelerad integration, enabling Ensight to be incorporated into RIA’s existing imaging environment and live radiology workflows.”
What comes next
Enlitic has flagged further go-lives anticipated in H2 FY26 as it builds commercial momentum with Ensight.
The company will continue working with RIA to support the live deployment and to assess opportunities to expand across additional sites, users, workflows and modules. This potential expansion is subject to RIA’s requirements and agreement on applicable commercial terms, and is not committed at this stage.
The near-term growth thesis therefore rests on two pathways: expansion within RIA’s network over time, and securing new customer agreements via the Intelerad integration. No total contract value or per-module pricing has been disclosed beyond the initial ~US$50,000 ARR.
