Hong Kong regional office established to anchor ClearVue’s Greater Bay Area push
ClearVue Technologies (ASX: CPV | OTCQX: CVUEF) has established a Hong Kong regional office and product showroom, strengthening its commercial presence in the Greater Bay Area and Southern China.
The facility is located at Suites 903A and 904A, Empire Centre, 68 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon. It gives the company a permanent regional base to support existing relationships, advance commercial opportunities and demonstrate its building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) technologies.
The establishment of the office follows increasing regional interest in energy-generating building materials, supported by Hong Kong’s focus on sustainable construction, energy efficiency and building decarbonisation. A permanent local presence moves ClearVue from remote engagement towards on-the-ground activity in a target market.
Doug Hunt, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
“Hong Kong is an important market for ClearVue, both commercially and strategically…”
“…we are better positioned to engage directly with customers, progress project opportunities and support our longer-term growth ambitions.”

15 regional project opportunities now in play
Macau deployment provides a real-world test
ClearVue continues to advance its collaboration with LandVac following the September 2026 deployment of its single-glazed insulating photovoltaic window technology at a hotel in Macau.
The project provides an opportunity for real-world measurement and verification (M&V) of the technology’s energy generation and thermal performance.
Pipeline detail
The company’s regional pipeline is summarised below:
- 15 regional project opportunities are being progressed
- Design proposals have been submitted for all 15
- The local presence is intended to support closer engagement with developers, building owners, architects, engineers and government stakeholders
The stated objective is to convert these opportunities into commercial contracts.
ClearVue has already shown that design proposals can convert to revenue, with its A$305,000 Cyprus retrofit contract covering more than 800m² of glazing at the Rio Business Centre in Paphos.
Local team and working showroom
ClearVue’s Hong Kong operations are supported by the following team:
- Edward Hui, Business Development Manager
- Stanley Chan, R&D team member
- Jane Yu, R&D team member
- Andrew Lau, Non-Executive Director, providing strategic oversight at Board level
The office incorporates a working product showroom featuring ClearVue’s Vision Glass, Cladding and Balustrade solutions, enabling visitors to experience the technology firsthand. For architects and developers, a showroom offers a direct way to see the products in person.

BIPV explained: why building facades matter
Building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) technology builds solar generation into materials such as glass, cladding and balustrades, rather than adding panels to a structure afterwards.
According to the company, its patented glass technology preserves transparency while generating energy, and its solutions can offset operational energy requirements.
As general context, dense urban settings such as Hong Kong tend to have limited rooftop space, which makes building facades a natural surface for energy generation.

What happens next for ClearVue in Hong Kong
The announcement sets out two dated events:
- Formal opening of the Hong Kong office on Wednesday 4 November 2026, bringing together representatives from InvestHK, LandVac, regional industry partners and other stakeholders.
- Industry and stakeholder reception on Friday 6 November 2026, with the same stakeholder groups.
ClearVue is also progressing the 15 project opportunities, with the aim of converting them into commercial contracts.
