Nanoveu lands US$300K EyeFly3D pilot order to launch glasses-free 3D across India
Nanoveu Limited (ASX: NVU) has entered a binding OEM agreement with One Immersive Inc.’s wholly owned Indian subsidiary, One Immersive Private Limited, to roll out its EyeFly3D™ glasses-free 3D mobile films across India. The deployment is underpinned by a US$300,000 (A$433,500) pilot purchase order.
The agreement will be “executed by Nanoveu’s Hong Kong-based subsidiary, Fullveu Technologies (HK) Limited,” a joint venture entity established to focus exclusively on 3D-related business and technology commercialisation. It is structured as a mutually exclusive OEM agreement.
Of the total order, Nanoveu has already received US$165,000, with the balance due upon completion of the final shipment, expected no later than Q4 2026. This represents a binding revenue order with cash already in hand.
The company describes the deployment as “one of the first large-scale consumer deployments of glasses-free 3D mobile technology in India.”

Inside the pilot order and go-to-market strategy
The rollout has commenced with the pilot order, which comprises EyeFly3D™ glasses-free 3D films for both Apple and Android devices. The structure sets a clear pathway from initial trial to potential large-scale distribution.
Key mechanics of the pilot include:
- EyeFly3D™ glasses-free 3D films supplied for both Apple and Android devices
- Deposits totalling US$165,000 received in previous periods, with the balance due upon final shipment by Q4 2026
- A solution encompassing at least one new app written by One Immersive
- An agreed list of milestones that both parties will work collectively to resolve in order to deem the pilot a success
Under the OEM agreement, One Immersive may promote, brand, market and distribute the EyeFly3D products throughout India. Should the parties proceed following the pilot development, the Indian exclusivity terms are conditional upon One Immersive achieving a minimum cumulative purchase of one million units within 18 months. Subject to the pilot being deemed successful, the parties have agreed to work towards larger follow-on orders.
The agreement includes standard commercial terms for a contract of this nature, including a defined territory, further terms to be agreed and termination rights.
| Deal Element | Detail | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Order value | US$300K / A$433.5K | Binding pilot purchase order |
| Cash received | US$165K | Revenue already booked in previous periods |
| Balance timing | Final shipment by Q4 2026 | Near-term completion milestone |
| Exclusivity trigger | 1M units / 18 months | Conditional pathway to Indian exclusivity |
| Platforms | Apple + Android | Broad device coverage across the market |
The India opportunity, why the distribution reach matters
The strategic value of the agreement lies in One Immersive’s existing platform relationships. One Immersive is an established technology vendor and partner to a major OTT (Over-The-Top) content platform in India that serves tens of millions of subscribers and over 100 million monthly active users.
To support that relationship, One Immersive has developed a proprietary 2D-to-3D offline conversion engine and has already converted more than 5,000 hours of content for release in 2026 alongside its client’s mobile application.
A technical fit supports the rollout. Since the majority of VR and 3D video uses side-by-side (SBS) video formats, EyeFly3D™ products will allow a quicker path to critical mass-market deployment using the same content.
The addressable markets are substantial. India’s smartphone market was valued at US$44.15 billion in 2023 and is expected to reach US$88.99 billion by 2032, at a CAGR of 8.1%. Its digital media market is forecast to grow from US$25.25 billion in 2024 to US$132.01 billion by 2035.
By leveraging One Immersive’s distributor relationships and technical expertise, it created an accelerated path of adoption across India.
How EyeFly3D delivers glasses-free 3D
Glasses-free 3D refers to delivering 3D depth on a standard mobile screen without the need for headsets or special glasses. Viewers experience immersive content directly on the devices they already own.
EyeFly3D™ is described as a comprehensive platform solution that combines advanced screen technology, sophisticated software for content processing, and the potential for integration with ultra-low-power system-on-chip (SoC) hardware.
The ultra-low-power edge AI category is where Nanoveu’s separate EMASS semiconductor arm is also competing, with its ECS-DoT chip benchmarked at up to 20x the energy efficiency of rival solutions across drone, IoT, and hearables applications.
The integration flow is designed to be straightforward for content partners. A partner mobile app integrates the EyeFly3D SDK, which performs on-device 3D rendering, producing optimised 3D output for the viewer.
The relevance for investors is the lower adoption barrier compared with extended reality (XR) headsets. By working on standard smartphones, the technology can potentially reach mass-market mobile audiences without requiring additional hardware purchases.
Manufacturing scale and independent security validation
Two de-risking milestones support the pathway to enterprise-grade deployment. Fullveu has successfully executed the pilot production run and demonstrated the ability to scale its manufacturing.
In parallel, the EyeFly3D™ SDK underwent rigorous testing by a professional audit firm for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and data privacy compliance. The audit confirmed:
-
No major vulnerabilities
-
No unauthorised user data collection
-
No hidden network calls or malicious background activity
-
Data privacy by design, with all data stored locally in encrypted form
According to the company, this makes the EyeFly3D™ SDK “one of the first in its field” to achieve such an assessment. The combination of production capacity and security confidence is intended to give enterprises what they need to deploy at scale.
Management’s view and what comes next
Nanoveu’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director framed the deployment as a significant strategic step for the company.
Mr Alfred Chong, CEO and Managing Director
“The launch of EyeFly3D in India marks a major step forward for Nanoveu as we bring glasses-free 3D mobile experiences to the world’s largest population base. It creates a compelling commercial opportunity for rapid adoption and meaningful volume growth opportunity. We believe this initiative has the potential to establish a new category of immersive mobile viewing and generate substantial long-term value for shareholders.”
The forward path is tied to clear milestones. The final pilot shipment is expected no later than Q4 2026, with success against the agreed milestones positioned to unlock larger follow-on orders. Any move to Indian exclusivity remains contingent on One Immersive achieving one million cumulative units within 18 months.
EyeFly3D sits within Nanoveu’s broader technology portfolio, which also spans its semiconductor arm EMASS, Spinoff aerial robotics, and the Nanoshield coatings line.
