AROA strengthens US commercial leadership with two senior appointments
Aroa Biosurgery (ASX: ARX) has appointed Michael Lynskey as Chief Commercial Officer and Mike Falcon as General Manager – US Commercial, adding senior leadership capacity to its US-based commercial team.
The appointments form part of a deliberate investment in commercial leadership to support the company’s stated growth strategy across the US and global advanced wound healing markets.
According to the company, the increased leadership capacity will support growth of the Myriad™ and Symphony™ portfolios, alongside broader adoption of its AROA ECM™ technology. The move signals AROA is building execution capability ahead of a growth phase, with a particular focus on the US market.

Why the appointments matter for AROA’s growth strategy
AROA ECM™ is a proprietary extracellular matrix bioscaffold derived from ovine (sheep) forestomach. In plain terms, it is a supportive tissue framework used in complex wound healing and soft-tissue reconstruction. To date, over 7 million AROA devices have been used globally across a range of procedures.
The United States remains AROA’s key market, served through its direct sales force and partner TELABio, Inc.
According to the company, the appointments add seasoned leadership to support continued momentum across the Myriad portfolio, and to capitalise on the recent market reset that has increased the opportunity for AROA’s outpatient product, Symphony.
| Executive | Role | Focus | Notable Background |
|---|---|---|---|
| Michael Lynskey | Chief Commercial Officer | Global commercial growth strategy | Smith+Nephew, Stryker, J&J |
| Mike Falcon | GM – US Commercial | Leads US commercial organisation | LifeNet Health, Biomet, J&J |
What this signals for investors
The two appointments point to AROA building leadership depth to execute its growth ambitions across the US and global advanced wound healing markets. The Myriad™ and Symphony™ portfolios remain the near-term commercial focus, supported by broader adoption of the AROA ECM™ platform. No financial targets, timelines, or milestones were disclosed alongside the appointments.
The AROA FY26 full year results delivered NZ$103.9m in revenue, a debt-free balance sheet, and FY27 guidance of NZ$115-125m, providing the financial backdrop against which these commercial leadership appointments are being made.
