FlexiRoam signs two-year Dragonpass partnership, entering travel loyalty and hospitality for the first time
FlexiRoam Limited (ASX:FRX) has signed a two-year Connectivity Partnership Agreement with Dragonpass Global Limited, under which FlexiRoam connectivity is embedded into and distributed through Dragonpass offerings to the enterprise clients and partner programs Dragonpass serves.
The Agreement takes FlexiRoam into travel loyalty and hospitality for the first time, with the initial campaign representing the Company’s first hotel use case. Dragonpass is trusted by over 40 million members across more than 130 countries, with access to 1,400+ airport lounges.

A channel of global scale
Dragonpass is described as the world’s leading digital platform for airport, travel and lifestyle services. The strategic value for FlexiRoam lies in reaching many partner programs through a single integration, rather than negotiating with one brand at a time. The Agreement was entered into by FlexiRoam Asia Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of FlexiRoam Limited.
According to Dragonpass’s own disclosures, the platform’s scale includes:
-
Over 40 million members since 2005
-
More than 130 countries
-
1,400+ airport lounges and over 650 dining locations
-
Partnerships with more than 400 of the world’s leading brands
-
Distribution of travel benefits on behalf of more than 200 banks, card issuers and telecommunications providers
-
Status as the world’s largest provider of aggregated airport Fast Track lanes
FlexiRoam has not independently verified these figures, which are attributed to Dragonpass’s media release and corporate website. No bank, card issuer or card network is a party to the Agreement.
Inside the first campaign, a hotel loyalty use case
The initial campaign runs for three months from launch and supports one of the world’s largest hotel loyalty programs, operated by a top-three global hotel group. The hotel group is not named and is not a party to the Agreement, which creates no direct relationship between FlexiRoam and the hotel group.
FlexiRoam supplies a global eSIM data reward offered to new members joining the program. The reward mechanics are structured as follows:
-
A global data plan providing 3 GB of data for use over 10 consecutive days, across more than 150 countries
-
Activation through FlexiRoam’s microsite and AI-powered WhatsApp agent, with no app download required
-
Members can purchase further data directly within the agent
-
Dragonpass may offer the reward on its own or bundle it with lounge access, fast track or other benefits
Connectivity is a benefit a traveller uses on the trip itself, which the Company suggests makes it a natural fit for the moment a member joins, with upsell potential built into the model.
How the embedded data model works
FlexiRoam’s channel approach follows a consistent pattern: find a partner that already owns the customer, embed data inside what the partner offers, and get paid for each entitlement issued. The economics are partner-funded. The partner funds the entitlement, and FlexiRoam earns fees for making it available.
Dragonpass represents the fourth vertical for this playbook. It extends the embedded data model FlexiRoam has built with Mastercard in financial services and Tune Protect in travel insurance, and which it is pursuing in enterprise under a non-binding memorandum of understanding with a leading global telecommunications company.
The Tune Protect partnership, signed in May 2026, follows the same fee-per-entitlement structure, with connectivity embedded as a default benefit across all travel insurance policies sold by Tune Protect Group and activation handled through FlexiRoam’s AI-powered WhatsApp agent.
Each new vertical adds validation to a repeatable, capital-light distribution model, extending it into travel loyalty and hospitality for the first time.
Commercial terms and materiality
The Agreement commences on execution for an initial term of two years, with automatic annual renewals. FlexiRoam earns a fee for each data entitlement issued under a campaign.
Under management’s current planning case for campaign volumes, the initial three-month campaign would generate revenue of approximately USD 100,000 (approximately A$140,000). This figure reflects a planning-case estimate and is not a minimum commitment or revenue guidance. The Agreement contains no minimum volume or revenue commitment, and actual revenue will depend on the number of eligible members generated during the campaign and may differ materially. The Australian dollar equivalent was converted at AUD/USD 0.7165 as at 3 September 2026.
| Feature | Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Term | 2 years + automatic annual renewals | Framework built to expand |
| First campaign | 3 months | Proving ground |
| Planning-case revenue | ~USD 100k / ~A$140k | Not individually material |
| Structure | Fee per entitlement | Partner-funded, capital-light |
While the initial campaign is not individually material to FlexiRoam’s total revenue, the Board considers the Agreement material having regard to the scale, reach and institutional standing of Dragonpass as a counterparty, the two-year framework it establishes, the validation it provides of the Company’s stated channel-led strategy, and its status as the Company’s first hotel use case.
Delivering the stated growth plan and what comes next
In its FY26 Annual Report, released 28 August 2026, FlexiRoam set out plans to expand its channel partnerships into further sectors including loyalty, and identified hotels among the industries in which it saw the same opportunity. This Agreement covers both, positioning Dragonpass as a channel partner in travel loyalty with the first campaign as a hotel use case.
The Agreement continues the Company’s enterprise and channel momentum through 2026, following the previously announced Dialog, Paydibs, Tune Protect, Australian payments group, global telecommunications and Etihad Airways agreements. Further campaigns across additional Dragonpass partner programs, products and markets can be added over time, subject to agreement between the parties.
Jefrey Ong, CEO & Executive Director
“This is our model working the way we said it would: find the partner who already owns the customer, put our data inside what they offer, and let the platform do the rest. The first campaign is a proving ground, and the framework we have signed is built to add more.”
For investors, the Agreement demonstrates execution against a publicly stated strategy, adding a further vertical to a distribution model the Company has been building across financial services, travel insurance and enterprise.
