Nexsen (ASX:NXN) has secured over $1.5 million in non-dilutive funding support through its admission as an industry partner to SAGE-Manufacturing, an Australian Research Council (ARC) funded national research centre.
The support is directed at manufacturing scale-up and platform optimisation across the company’s rapid diagnostics platform. Critically, the funding is accessed for a $35,000 annual cash contribution, representing more than eight times leverage and allowing platform advancement without shareholder dilution.

Nexsen’s admission as an “industry partner to SAGE-Manufacturing” gives the company access to a collaborative research framework focused on “advanced catalysis science.” The program centres on “catalytic signal enhancement and scalable diagnostic device manufacturing.”
