Memphasys Confirms 1,800 Felix Cartridges as ITL Drives MENA Momentum
ITL places 1,000-cartridge order as Felix™ commercial momentum spreads across MENA
Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) has received a 1,000-cartridge Felix™ order from International Technical Legacy (ITL), its exclusive MENA commercialisation partner, covering both established and new markets across the region. Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has separately ordered a second Felix™ console, signalling institutional-scale adoption at Qatar’s largest fertility institution. With UAE and Kuwait converting from initial evaluations to committed procurement, confirmed ITL orders have now reached 1,800 cartridges against the distributor’s 2,500-cartridge annual minimum commitment, achieved in less than two quarters since CE Mark approval.

What’s inside the 1,000-cartridge order
400 cartridges dispatching now — Qatar, UAE and Kuwait
The immediate dispatch of 400 cartridges covers three markets, each at a different stage of commercial maturity:
- Qatar: Continued repeat orders supporting HMC’s ongoing clinical programme, which commenced in early 2026, plus at least one new clinic commencing Felix™ use.
- UAE: Converting from initial evaluation to committed procurement following successful trials.
- Kuwait: Converting from initial evaluation to committed procurement following successful trials.
This is no longer a single-site story. Demand is broadening across multiple institutions and new territories simultaneously, reflecting a meaningful shift from clinical trial to recurring commercial activity.
600 cartridges confirmed for October 2026
A further 600-cartridge forward order has been confirmed for dispatch in October 2026, designated for existing clients within the ITL network. This is contracted revenue visibility, not speculative pipeline, providing Memphasys with a clear line of sight into cashflow planning for the second half of calendar 2026.
| Market | Order Type | Cartridge Allocation | Dispatch Timing | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Qatar (HMC + new clinic) | Repeat / expansion | Included in 400 | Immediate | Confirmed |
| UAE | Evaluation to procurement conversion | Included in 400 | Immediate | Confirmed |
| Kuwait | Evaluation to procurement conversion | Included in 400 | Immediate | Confirmed |
| Existing clients (MENA) | Forward order | 600 | October 2026 | Confirmed |
HMC’s second console and what it signals for Felix™ adoption
Why a second console matters
The Felix™ System uses electrophoresis and size-exclusion membranes to isolate the most viable sperm cells for use in assisted reproductive procedures. In practical terms, it replaces traditional centrifugation, a method that can cause cellular stress and DNA damage, with a faster and more standardised process. The Felix™ console is the hardware platform through which single-use cartridges are consumed during each procedure.
HMC’s decision to order a second console is a commercially significant signal. Adding a second unit at Qatar’s largest fertility institution effectively doubles throughput capacity, meaning Felix™ can be applied to a greater volume of patients within the same clinical setting. This is not the behaviour of an institution evaluating a technology; it is the behaviour of one cementing it as a standard-of-care platform.
From anchor site to regional network
ITL holds the exclusive commercialisation rights across the MENA region. Six local commercial partners have recently been appointed, operating across UAE, Kuwait, Turkey, Egypt, Bahrain and Jordan, working directly with ITL and Memphasys to accelerate sales. The commercial structure was designed to replicate the HMC anchor model across multiple markets simultaneously, and the current order composition suggests that replication is underway.
Marjan Mikel, Chair of the Memphasys Commercialisation Committee
“This order demonstrates what genuine clinical adoption looks like in practice. HMC ordering a second console tells you everything about the strength of the clinical experience. And with UAE and Kuwait, joining we are seeing exactly the region-wide network effect that the ITL partnership was designed to generate. ITL is tracking well and the pipeline across the MENA network continues to grow.”

Turkey on deck and the road ahead for the rest of 2026
Turkey was added to the ITL distribution agreement following CE Mark approval and the contract upgrade in September 2025. Local regulatory registration is expected imminently, with orders from Turkey anticipated to commence in July 2026. Egypt, Bahrain and Jordan are expected to follow later in the year as additional markets progress through their respective regulatory and commercial onboarding processes.
The key near-term catalysts, as outlined in the announcement, are:
- Immediate dispatch of the 400-cartridge order to Qatar, UAE and Kuwait.
- Turkish regulatory registration expected imminently, positioning Felix™ sales to commence in July 2026.
- HMC second console deployment, doubling throughput capacity at Qatar’s largest fertility institution.
- A new Qatar clinic commencing Felix™ use as part of the current order.
- 600-cartridge confirmed order dispatching October 2026.
- Advanced contract negotiations with prospective new clients and partners across new and existing jurisdictions.
With 1,800 cartridges now confirmed against the 2,500-cartridge annual minimum commitment, Memphasys and ITL have already covered a substantial portion of the distributor’s contractual floor within less than two full quarters since CE Mark approval. The remaining volume, combined with expected additional orders from Turkey and other MENA markets throughout 2026, reinforces the contracted revenue trajectory underpinning the exclusive distribution agreement.
