AnteoTech triples Life Sciences sales pipeline after ADLM 2026
AnteoTech (ASX: ADO) has reported that leads generated at the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) 2026 conference in Anaheim, California, have tripled its Life Sciences sales pipeline in overall lead terms. The Australian supplier of advanced chemical and material solutions to global battery and life sciences markets uses its patented cross-linking chemical platform to develop surface modification technologies.
This post-conference commercial update centres on the AnteoBind™ product suite, which is designed to improve product performance and lower end-product costs across the diagnostics industry.
The event drew strong engagement for the company. AnteoTech recorded more than 80 booth visits, held nine pre-arranged meetings and has completed 18 follow-up meetings with sales qualified leads (SQLs) since the conference. As a result, seven AnteoBind™ NXT samples have been requested for dispatch by the end of August 2026.
ADLM 2026 hosted more than 700 exhibitors and almost 17,000 attendees, positioning it as one of the largest global gatherings of diagnostics and laboratory medicine professionals.

Strong engagement across the immunoassay value chain
Booth activity and follow-up momentum
The engagement funnel progressed from broad booth interest through to qualified leads and sample requests. More than 80 companies visited the AnteoTech booth, with follow-up meetings and sample dispatch now underway.
Discussions were also initiated with several large global life sciences companies, including diagnostic equipment manufacturers and magnetic particle manufacturers, regarding potential collaboration opportunities involving AnteoBind™ NXT. The company continues to assess joint product development as part of its strategy to “move further up the immunoassay value chain.”

Re-engaging longstanding contacts
A number of organisations already familiar with AnteoBind™ re-engaged at the conference. Several of these agreed to recommence or expand activities with AnteoTech, building on established relationships and technical familiarity with the technology.
The company also advanced discussions with large particle manufacturers and diagnostic contract manufacturers based in the USA, Japan and UK, reflecting the geographic breadth of interest generated at the event.
New products and validation drive the commercial push
Lateral flow, ELISA and CLIA applications
Attendee interest was strongest across lateral flow, described as AnteoTech’s “cornerstone application area,” and ELISA plate activation. The three application areas are at different stages of commercial progress:
-
Lateral flow: AnteoTech “provides commercialisation design services” based on its extensive proof-of-concept development experience. This remains the cornerstone application area.
-
ELISA: At prototype stage of pre-activated plates, positioned as a lower-cost alternative to premium high-binding plates while maintaining comparable assay performance. Validation with multiple plate manufacturers is underway.
-
CLIA: AnteoTech CLIA Kits were launched and showcased at ADLM. The kits bundle magnetic particles activatable with AnteoBind™ NXT and include optimised activation protocols, with sales channel work progressing.
The CLIA Kit launch at ADLM followed completion of AnteoTech’s initial AnteoBind NXT CLIA development program on schedule, with the company recognising A$61,595 in revenue from that program in FY2026 as the first commercial income from the collaboration.
Independent third-party validation underway
AnteoTech has identified and engaged organisations in the USA and UK capable of providing independent third-party validation of AnteoBind™ performance data.
Validation programmes are currently being scoped across lateral flow, multiplex and chemiluminescence (CLIA) applications, with testing expected to commence shortly. The initiative is intended to strengthen the evidence supporting AnteoBind™ performance claims for prospective customers and partners.
What AnteoBind™ is and why it matters
AnteoBind™ is a surface-modification technology that binds molecules, such as antigens and antibodies, to test surfaces. Improved binding is designed to deliver more sensitive and reproducible test results.
The technology applies across three common diagnostic formats:
-
Lateral flow: rapid point-of-care tests.
-
ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay): laboratory plate-based tests.
-
CLIA (Chemiluminescence immunoassay): high-sensitivity automated laboratory assays.
For investors, the commercial logic is that better binding can support more accurate tests at a lower end-product cost. This is the route through which AnteoTech aims to generate materials sales across the diagnostics industry.
The road ahead: webinars, Medica and CY2026 conversion focus
The company has outlined several near-term activities as it works to convert engagement into commercial outcomes:
-
Dispatch of seven AnteoBind™ NXT samples by the end of August 2026.
-
Expert-led AnteoBind™ use-case webinars next month, with dates and speakers to be confirmed.
-
Attendance at the Medica Conference in Germany, 16 to 19 November 2026.
-
Across the remainder of CY2026, systematically progressing pipeline opportunities through customer testing and evaluation toward sales conversion.
Merrill Gray, Managing Director & CEO
“The important work now is the follow-up. We already have 18 post-ADLM meetings completed, seven AnteoBind™ NXT samples for use in various test development applications requested, and further meetings planned…”
Pipeline growth and new product launches position AnteoTech to work towards converting engagement into Life Sciences revenue through CY2026. The company has stated its focus for the period is to progress opportunities through testing and evaluation and toward sales conversion.
