Plenti prices record $660.5m auto ABS, lifting total issuance to $5.3 billion
Plenti Group (ASX: PLT) has priced a $660.50 million asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction backed by automotive loan receivables, known as Plenti Auto ABS 2026-1. It is the digital lender’s largest deal to date, marking its seventh automotive loan ABS and thirteenth ABS transaction overall.
The transaction lifts total issuance across Plenti’s public securitisation programmes to approximately $5.3 billion. According to the company, the deal attracted strong investor support “despite a challenging market environment with ongoing geopolitical instability.” Settlement is expected on or around 30 July 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.

The transaction was structured across multiple note classes, with pricing achieved across the capital stack. The senior Class A notes accounted for $565.50m of the total issuance, carrying the highest ratings of Aaa (sf) / AAA (sf) and pricing at a margin of 0.98% over the 1-month Bank Bill Swap Rate (BBSW).
The full structure is set out below. The Class G notes ($5.85m) were retained by Plenti rather than placed with external investors.

Record investor demand signals funding strength
The transaction attracted a record number of investors, with strong support drawn from both domestic and international markets. New investors accounted for approximately one quarter of the final investor base, a point the company highlighted as evidence of broadening demand.
