Archer launches national Quantum Commercial Pilot with IonQ access at its core

Selected projects will follow a structured three-stage process:
- Define the commercial problem and the classical computation benchmark

Selected participants will receive complimentary compute time on IonQ Forte Enterprise at no cost to them. Industry workshops with CSIRO running in parallel
In parallel with the pilot, Archer and CSIRO are co-delivering a series of industry workshops to identify and qualify high-value industrial problems for quantum computing and quantum machine learning (QML). CEO Dr Simon Ruffell and Executive Chair Greg English will attend Quantum World Congress 2026 in Maryland, USA, as part of the Australian Government’s Austrade trade delegation. The delegation includes Australian quantum leaders Silicon Quantum Computing and Quantum Brilliance, among others.
While at the Congress, Archer will hold strategic discussions with IonQ’s technical, commercial, and applications teams across four priority areas:
