Tabcorp locks in RAS for $9.1 million four-year data and content deal
RAS Technology Holdings (ASX: RTH) has entered a new four-year agreement with Tabcorp to supply Domestic Data and Content, valued at $9.1 million plus indexation over the term.
The deal expands the original agreement signed in May 2023 to now include RAS’s Fast Form service, reinforcing a partnership spanning more than 15 years.
RAS positions itself as a leading independent provider of fully integrated premium data and enhanced content to the global racing and wagering industries. The renewed contract underscores the depth of one of its longest-standing enterprise relationships.

Inside the new agreement
Under the agreement, RAS supplies content, analytics and predictive models to support Tabcorp’s digital, retail and vision assets. The scope now folds in Fast Form infographics, RAS’s visual form product, extending what the company delivers to the operator.
The licence granted to Tabcorp is non-exclusive. RAS retains the right to license the same data and content to other parties, including other wagering operators, preserving its broader revenue model across the sector.
The contract commences on 1 July 2026, and RAS has confirmed there are no material conditions outstanding before Tabcorp becomes legally bound to proceed.

After the first 12 months of the term, either party may terminate for convenience on 6 months’ prior written notice.
What Fast Form adds, and why the scope expansion matters
In wagering, “data and content” refers to the form guides, analysis, tips, predictive models and visual products that help operators engage punters and support turnover. These tools underpin the customer-facing experience across digital platforms and retail outlets.
Fast Form is RAS’s visual form product, now brought into the Tabcorp relationship. Its inclusion illustrates the deal growing in both scale and scope, moving beyond the original 2023 arrangement into a wider content set.
For investors, the significance lies in the structure of the revenue. A multi-year contracted agreement with a marquee wagering client adds visibility to recurring revenue across the four-year term, with annual CPI indexation providing a measure of inflation protection.
The expansion of an existing relationship also points to product stickiness and successful cross-selling. Rather than simply renewing, Tabcorp has broadened its engagement, a signal of ongoing demand for RAS’s data and technology capabilities.
The agreement sits within a broader blue-chip client base that spans the racing and wagering industries, including:
-
Entain Group (Ladbrokes, Neds)
-
Flutter Group (Sportsbet, Paddy Power, Betfair)
-
Tabcorp
-
BlueBet Holdings (ASX: BBT)
-
Bet365
-
Singapore Pools
-
Australian Turf Club
-
Hong Kong Jockey Club
-
Racing Victoria
This client roster provides context for the non-exclusive licensing model, under which RAS can monetise the same content across multiple operators simultaneously.
Management commentary
Stephen Crispe, Managing Director and CEO, RAS Technology
“The new agreement reflects Tabcorp’s continued confidence in RAS’s data and technology capabilities. Our relationship with Tabcorp spans more than 15 years, and it is pleasing to see it continue to grow in both scale and scope. The addition of the Fast Form service is a further example of how we are strengthening this partnership and delivering high-quality products and experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive turnover.”
Michael Fitzsimons, Chief Wagering Officer, Tabcorp
“We’re pleased to be extending our partnership with Racing and Sports, a relationship we’ve invested in over many years and one that continues to deliver. Their data and content are best-in-class, and this new agreement is a reflection of the importance our punters place on their detailed form, analysis and tips. We’re looking forward to what we can build together as we continue to evolve and innovate the customer experience.”
What it means for RAS investors
The renewed and expanded relationship with a major wagering operator adds four years of contracted, indexed revenue while validating RAS’s data and technology capabilities. The agreement runs through to mid-2030, providing a defined horizon of visibility from a single enterprise client.
RAS delivered 38% revenue growth to $13.9 million in H1 FY26, with Annual Recurring Revenue up 34.4% to $24.6 million, a trajectory that the Tabcorp renewal and scope expansion reinforces heading into the second half and beyond.
The non-exclusive structure remains a notable feature. Because RAS retains the right to license the same data and content elsewhere, the company can continue monetising this content across its wider client base rather than committing it exclusively to one operator.
RAS Technology new deals announced in May 2026 span six agreements and extensions, including a five-year TABtouch renewal and the live LeoVegas launch, adding at least $2 million in annualised revenue to a contract base that now includes this expanded Tabcorp arrangement.
With commencement set for 1 July 2026, the agreement extends a partnership that has spanned more than 15 years, now delivered across a broader set of products.
