ANZ proposes 83 cent final dividend, 80% franked
ANZ Group Holdings Limited has announced a proposed 2026 Final Dividend of 83 cents per share, partially franked at 80%. New Zealand imputation credits of NZD 14 cents per share will also be attached.
The ANZ Worldline acquisition completed on 31 July 2026 was a capital-light deal, with ANZ estimating only a ~6 basis point reduction to its Level 2 CET1 ratio.
For what each date means, see how to read an ASX dividend announcement. The plan details for the 2026 Final Dividend are:
- The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) and Bonus Option Plan (BOP) continue to operate at no discount.
- The Pricing Period is 10 trading days.
- Both the ASX and TMX Australia Exchange (formerly Cboe Australia) trading platforms apply.
- ANZ plans to neutralise the impact of the ordinary shares allocated under the DRP. This may involve on-market purchases during the DRP Pricing Period, or purchases by a third party appointed by ANZ. If an on-market purchase cannot be completed, ANZ will issue new ordinary shares to meet its DRP obligations, and DRP participants need take no action.
- New ANZ ordinary shares will be issued to satisfy ANZ’s obligations under the BOP.
Shareholders (including any legal or beneficial holder) resident in the United States, its possessions or territories or Canada are not able to participate in the DRP or BOP.
