Rosewood Aged Care adopts Swift TV in contract worth at least $175,000
Swift TV (ASX: STV) announced on 29 October 2026 that its Swift TV product will be implemented throughout Rosewood Aged Care’s Western Australian facilities. The contract carries a minimum Total Contract Value (TCV) of $175,000 based on a 24-month term.
The TCV could increase above $270,000 based on take up of Swift’s optional Entertainment Plus package. For investors, a named Aged Care customer gives the company a commercial proof point in one of its stated target sectors.
Key numbers from the announcement:
- Minimum TCV: $175,000
- Initial term: 24 months
- Potential TCV: above $270,000, based on take up of the optional Entertainment Plus package

What the $175,000 minimum TCV covers
The minimum TCV includes installation revenue and Swift Engagement platform subscription revenue for the initial 24-month contract term.
Swift TV offers Rosewood the flexibility to provide Swift’s Premium Entertainment Plus package to all residents. That package is the lever that lifts TCV from the minimum figure toward the upper figure, but the increase depends on take up.
| Contract element | Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum TCV | $175,000, including installation revenue and Swift Engagement platform subscription revenue | Sets the minimum contract value for the initial term |
| Contract term | 24 months (initial term) | Defines the period over which the minimum TCV is based |
| Entertainment Plus upside | TCV could increase above $270,000 based on take up of the optional package | Upside depends on take up |
How Swift TV works in aged care
Swift TV is a connected TV product that unifies entertainment, communication and engagement in the room. The platform will provide all residents with Swift’s unique communication and engagement features and a user interface designed and developed specifically for Aged Care residents.
The company describes Swift TV as its flagship, market-first all-in-one connected TV product, designed for scalable deployment in enterprise environments such as:
- Mining
- Oil & Gas
- Aged Care
- Hospitality
A product built for a specific vertical and supported by platform subscription revenue points to a recurring revenue component, while the same platform is positioned for other enterprise sectors.
Investors exploring how the platform performs in other enterprise sectors can read our detailed coverage of Swift TV’s Chevron Wheatstone contract, which breaks down the $2.9 million five-year take-or-pay structure, CPI escalators and the 2,000-device deployment.
What happens next for Swift TV and Rosewood
Installation across Rosewood’s Western Australian Aged Care facilities is expected to be completed in 2026. Swift TV is responsible for the installation, which underpins the revenue in the initial 24-month contract term.
Swift has already shown large-scale installation capability, with 2,758 screens installed across seven enterprise sites in seven weeks, which is relevant to delivering the Rosewood facilities within the 2026 window.
Mangano’s message centres on a relationship that extends beyond the contract term, pointing to an intention to build a lasting partnership with Rosewood rather than a one-off installation.
