A proven track record of scaling data infrastructure revenue
Forget brings deep expertise in enterprise software growth and go-to-market execution, having scaled revenues at multiple data infrastructure companies from inception to hundreds of millions of dollars in annual recurring revenue.

Jason Forget, President and Chief Revenue Officer, Cockroach Labs
“The first wave of AI was about building the brain, encompassing model training and inferencing. Now the second wave, Agentic AI, is exploding as customers build the bodies: autonomous software agents that put that brain to work. Agentic AI is a distinct workload that requires data infrastructure capable of delivering unique, governed data streams to millions of agents at wire speed. Nol8 has the vision and the technology to establish category leadership during this shift and rapidly earn share in what will be an enormous market.”
Why the Agentic AI shift matters
Forget’s commentary frames a broader shift in how AI infrastructure is being built. The first wave of AI focused on building the “brain,” covering model training and inferencing.
The second wave, described as Agentic AI, involves autonomous software agents that put that trained model to work without constant human direction.
This shift creates fresh demands on data infrastructure. Agentic AI is described as a distinct workload requiring the delivery of governed data streams to millions of agents at wire speed.
This is where Nol8 positions itself. The subsidiary delivers the AI Data Plane, purpose-built to govern and deliver the right data to every AI agent at wire speed. By enforcing policy inline, Nol8 recovers idle GPU capacity and lifts effective utilisation for NeoClouds and the customers they serve. For investors, this places the business within an emerging and potentially large market category.
Building the team ahead of commercial release
Forget’s appointment expands an Advisory Board that already includes two senior figures from enterprise technology and infrastructure backgrounds. The current line-up comprises:
-
Jason Forget — President & CRO, Cockroach Labs
-
David Walker — former Westpac Banking Corporation CTO
-
Tim Edwards — Head of Global Network and Hosting at MetLife
According to the Company, Forget’s appointment is on similar key terms to previous appointments to the Advisory Board, as set out in its ASX Announcement of 26 June 2026. The Company plans further additions to the Advisory Board in the coming months.
The Nol8 Advisory Board appointments of Walker and Edwards followed a similar structure, with each advisor receiving RSUs vesting in six-monthly tranches over a two-year initial term under the company’s existing employee incentive scheme.
Kelly Herrell, CEO, Nol8
“Jason’s deep understanding of the challenges enterprises face with new and emerging workloads, combined with his reputation for identifying high-growth data infrastructure markets and aligning with best-in-class solutions, speaks directly to what Nol8 is building. He is widely recognised throughout the industry for his ability to rapidly scale revenue for new data infrastructure products, and that experience is exactly what we need as we move toward our first commercial release. His addition to our Advisory Board will accelerate our pace of adoption and drive continued growth in shareholder value.”
What comes next for FortifAI investors
The advisory build-out is progressing as Nol8 moves toward its first commercial release. The key forward marker is the next version of the AI Data Plane, which the Company is scaling toward later this calendar year (2026).
Near-term markers for investors to track include:
-
Continued Advisory Board expansion in the coming months
-
Product and team build-out ahead of commercial release
-
Progress toward the first commercial release of Nol8
