First-year progress and deeper integration
What the partnership has delivered
Since the partnership began, the two companies have expanded their service offering, grown business together and broadened access to larger premium clients. The announcement lists the following developments:
- Expanded service offering and grown business together.
- Broader access to larger premium clients.
- Wiseway’s infrastructure has supported Borderless360’s launch of Fortio, its branded direct injection carrier service.
- Wiseway’s China operations have enabled the addition of fulfilment and freight forwarding services.
Together, these developments give customers access to a broader range of international logistics services. The announcement does not disclose revenue figures.
Wiseway’s FY26 results show group revenue up 10.1% to $205.6 million, with the eCommerce division growing 22.2%, which gives the Borderless360 partnership a larger commercial base to build on.
A deeper vertical stack
The companies now offer a deeper vertical stack combining technology, freight forwarding and customs clearance, fulfilment, direct injection and physical infrastructure. For Wiseway, the announcement says this supports broader customer reach and more integrated logistics services.
Ken Tong, CEO, Wiseway Group
“…The first year has given us confidence to invest further and combine our infrastructure with Borderless360’s technology in a dedicated digital freight forwarding product.”
Digital freight forwarding explained
Digital freight forwarding refers to moving goods internationally while handling quoting, booking and tracking on one online platform, rather than through manual and fragmented processes.
The new product will connect the full workflow from collection at the manufacturer through air or sea freight, customs clearance and final delivery. Key points from the announcement include:
- Shippers will be able to quote, book and track international freight through a single digital platform.
- It is a standalone offering that will serve the wider freight market.
- It will complement both companies’ existing services.
The product will combine Wiseway’s two decades of freight forwarding experience and physical infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand, the United States and China with Borderless360’s technology and development expertise.
The product will draw on U.S. infrastructure that Wiseway now controls following its move to full ownership of Wiseway USA, completed in January 2026, which removes minority interests from the American operations.
For investors, a standalone product serving the wider freight market points to an addressable market beyond existing customers. The announcement does not provide revenue or pricing forecasts.
Michael Teasdale, CEO, Borderless360
“…Further investment deepens that integration for our clients. We’re also excited to develop a standalone digital freight forwarding product with Wiseway.”
What’s next for Wiseway and Borderless360
The announcement points to the following milestones:
- End of October 2026: completion of the investment is expected.
- Early 2027: the digital freight forwarding product is expected to launch.
- Ongoing: the amended call option is subject to agreed revenue milestones and the continuation of the commercial collaboration.
Wiseway was established in 2005, with operation hubs in Australia, the US and the Asia Pacific. Borderless360 is a Hong Kong based global logistics technology company with fulfilment centres in eight regions worldwide.
For investors, the announcement describes a deeper partnership with a defined product launch milestone to watch. The announcement was authorised for release by the Board of Directors of Wiseway Group Limited and is dated 6 October 2026.
