Enlitic lands second US Intelerad deployment, adding US$143,000 in contract value
Enlitic, Inc. (ASX: ENL) has deployed its SaaS-based Ensight platform with Radiology Consultants of Iowa (RCI), adding a further US$143,000 in Total Contract Value (TCV) and approximately US$40,000 in new annual recurring revenue (ARR).
The go-live marks Enlitic’s second US Intelerad deployment within a month, both secured through the company’s integration with Intelerad (a GE HealthCare company).
Combined with the earlier deployment at Colorado’s Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA), the two contracts deliver approximately US$300,000 in combined TCV in less than a month. For investors, the sequence points to a repeatable, rapidly replicable deployment model across US medical imaging customers.

Two US contracts, US$300,000 combined value in under a month
Presenting the RCI and RIA wins side by side illustrates the pace at which Enlitic has expanded its US footprint through the Intelerad integration. Both customers went live in less than a month.
| Customer | Location | Deployment focus | TCV | ARR |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Radiology Consultants of Iowa (RCI) | Iowa, USA | Hanging protocols | US$143,000 | ~US$40,000 |
| Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) | Colorado, USA | Not disclosed | Combined ~US$300,000 TCV with RCI | |
RIA’s individual contract value and ARR were not separately disclosed. Only the combined ~US$300,000 TCV figure was provided. Deploying the same integration-led model twice within weeks signals scalability across different radiology customers.
The RIA deployment, completed weeks earlier through the same Intelerad channel, generated approximately US$50,000 in initial ARR under a three-year agreement, establishing the commercial template that the RCI contract now replicates.
How the ‘land-and-expand’ strategy drives recurring revenue
RCI’s deployment is a targeted, single-module implementation focused on hanging protocols, not a full-platform rollout across its network. As a result, the initial ARR reflects the limited scope of Ensight’s broader functionality by design.
Ensight is built as a modular platform, allowing additional functionality to be added progressively as customer requirements develop. Once embedded and in regular use by radiologists, Enlitic has the opportunity to expand the relationship through additional modules, workflows and sites.
The company describes this as a ‘land-and-expand’ opportunity, which works in three stages:
-
Land — a single module, such as hanging protocols, establishes the customer relationship and generates initial recurring revenue.
-
Embed — Ensight becomes part of the radiologists’ daily operating environment.
-
Expand — the customer adds more modules, workflows and sites, growing ARR over time.
What are hanging protocols?
Hanging protocols are automated rules that determine how medical images and related information are arranged and displayed for radiologists. By presenting images in a consistent sequence for each examination, they reduce manual configuration and minimise workflow friction.
The modest upfront ARR is a deliberate gateway to larger, embedded, recurring revenue. Enlitic expects ARR to build as RCI, RIA and other customers expand their use of Ensight beyond initial implementations.
Why the Intelerad integration matters
Ensight has again been deployed through Intelerad, a global provider of medical imaging management and workflow solutions. The integration enables Ensight to connect with established radiology technology environments already used by imaging providers.
This supports an efficient, repeatable deployment process and provides Enlitic with a scalable pathway for introducing Ensight to new customers and markets in the United States.
Michael Sistenich, Managing Director, Enlitic
“The deployment with Radiology Consultants of Iowa is our second US Intelerad deployment within a month. The combined ARR from both of these contracts reflects targeted implementations of specific Ensight functionality rather than full-platform deployments across each customer’s network. This is a deliberate and highly valuable aspect of our Aiaided SaaS model, as a single-module deployment provides a practical entry point for the customer and enables us to establish Ensight within an existing operating environment. Once embedded and in regular use, there is a significant opportunity to deploy additional Ensight modules, workflows and sites. We expect ARR to build rapidly under our ‘land-and-expand’ strategy as new and existing customers broaden their use of Ensight.”
RCI’s Chief Information Officer, Joe Moore, pointed to the operational benefit for radiologists.

“For our radiologists, even small points of friction can add up across a busy reading day. Improving Hanging Protocols gives us an opportunity to create a more consistent reading experience while allowing our physicians to stay focused on the work that matters most. Ensight has excellent functionality, and as it becomes embedded in our infrastructure, we will consider adding more modules that demonstrate an ability to deliver positive outcomes for our radiologists and patients.”
What’s next for Enlitic
Enlitic maintains a robust tender pipeline, with additional Ensight contracts expected to be secured and/or deployed in the near-term. Further migration deployments provide additional opportunities to embed Ensight across healthcare networks.
Near-term catalysts include:
-
Additional Ensight contracts expected in the near-term
-
Expansion of RCI and RIA beyond their initial modules
-
Continued pursuit of US customers via the Intelerad integration
The company expects ARR to build as RCI, RIA and other customers expand their use of Ensight, and as it secures more customers in the United States and other markets. According to management, this positions Enlitic for a growing, dependable and predictable recurring revenue base, reinforcing the case for a scalable, repeatable SaaS growth model.
US$2.95 million in March 2026 contract wins across Penn Medicine, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Parkland Health preceded the Intelerad channel deployments, illustrating how Enlitic has layered subscription ARR growth on top of an already-active migration revenue base.
Ready to Explore Enlitic’s Land-and-Expand SaaS Strategy in US Radiology?
Enlitic has secured two US Intelerad deployments within a month, generating approximately US$300,000 in combined Total Contract Value through a deliberate, modular approach designed to embed Ensight deeply into radiology workflows before expanding. With a growing pipeline of near-term contract opportunities and a proven deployment model replicating rapidly across US imaging providers, the ARR growth trajectory is becoming increasingly predictable.
