Vista Group Expands Cineworld UK Deal to 88 Sites and 950 Screens in 2026
The Vista Group International (NZX & ASX: VGL) has announced that existing client Regal Cineworld Group has signed an agreement to transition its 88 Cineworld UK sites, comprising more than 950 screens, to Vista Cloud’s Digital Enablement capability. The rollout is expected to occur during 2026. The agreement builds on the completed 2025 transition of Regal Cineworld Group’s 25 Picturehouse Cinemas sites to Digital Enablement, extending a relationship already proven at scale.

Regal Cineworld Group is an established Vista client, not a new customer. The group operates one of the largest cinema exhibition footprints globally, spanning multiple circuits across key markets:
- 400+ Regal sites in the United States
- 88 Cineworld sites in the United Kingdom (subject of this announcement)
- 25 Picturehouse sites in the United Kingdom (Digital Enablement completed, 2025)
- 115 sites across Eastern Europe and Israel
The completed Picturehouse rollout provides a direct proof point for the current Cineworld UK transition, demonstrating that Vista Cloud’s Digital Enablement capability has already been successfully deployed within the same corporate group.
