Codan completes acquisition of anti-jamming specialist Adaptive Dynamics
Codan Limited (ASX:CDA) has completed the acquisition of US-based Adaptive Dynamics, Inc, effective 31 July 2026. The transaction was executed through Codan’s wholly owned subsidiary, DTC Communications, Inc (DTC), which acquired 100% of the target company.
The completion follows a binding agreement first announced on 22 May 2026, delivering on a transaction the company had previously flagged to the market.
The binding agreement announced in May 2026 outlined total consideration of approximately $21 million across upfront and milestone-contingent payments, plus a tiered royalty on licence sales over five years, terms that were not repeated in the completion announcement.
No acquisition price, earnings contribution or other financial terms were disclosed in the completion announcement.
